Here are the two Fairfield County eateries rated for their crazy cocktail concoctions:

  • Jesup Hall: Located at 90 Post Road E. In Westport, Jesup Hall features an American menu of healthy salads and sustainable meats with a retro atmosphere. With a drink menu nearly as large as its food menu, it’s safe to say that Jesup Hall provides plenty of options.

Wine and beer options are plentiful, but shaken and stirred cocktails are what the eatery has become best known for. Guests can take their pick from several expertly crafted and creatively named cocktails, like the “Literally Can’t Even,” which includes vodka, Provence Rose, passion fruit, Campari and lemon.

  • Match: Nestled comfortably at 98 Washington Street in Norwalk, Match has established itself as an area staple due to its eclectic menu options and hip atmosphere.

Initially opened in 1999, Match’s team of original chefs use their culinary prowess to craft signature cocktails using fresh ingredients of all kinds. Guests can expect house-made syrups, juices and bitters to be incorporated seamlessly to provide depth of flavor and contribute to the ultimate cocktail experience. Take your pick from whimsically named options like the “Uncle From Texas,” which includes Tito’s Vodka, Ancho Reyes, Blood Orange, lime juice and Hellfire Bitters, and “The Lizard King,” a blend of Leblon Cachaca, Green Chartreuse, Orgeat Liqueur and lime.
